This policy covers the internal tool “bagansisworo - message content-IG” (the “App”), operated by Bagan Sisworo Photo (BSP), Jakarta, Indonesia, for the Instagram account @bagansisworo only.

What the App does

The App helps BSP read comments and mentions on BSP’s own Instagram posts and prepare draft replies. Every reply is reviewed and approved by a person at BSP before anything is posted. The App does not post content, send direct messages, or run ads.

Data we access

Through Meta’s official Instagram API, for BSP’s own account only:

• comments and mentions on BSP’s posts: comment text, comment ID, the commenter’s public username, and the time of the comment;
• basic information about the @bagansisworo account (account ID and username).

We do not collect passwords, payment data or contact lists, and we do not access data from other accounts beyond what appears as a comment or mention on BSP’s posts.

How we use it

Only to read and answer comments and mentions on BSP’s posts, and to keep a record of which replies were approved and sent. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Where it is stored and for how long

On BSP’s private server in Indonesia, which is not exposed to the public internet; access is limited to BSP. Comment data is kept only as long as needed to answer the comment and keep a record of our reply, and is deleted on request. Access tokens are stored on that server in a file readable only by the App’s service account, and are never shared or written to logs.

Data deletion

To have your comment data removed from our records, email halo@bagansisworo.com with your Instagram username and the post. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting your comment on Instagram also stops us from receiving it in the future.
